We are the pioneers in sauna manufacturing within India. The existing saunas in the Indian market are imported from China and they come with quite a few shortcomings, making them unviable for long term usage. Our journey of becoming a successful market leader has been peppered with experiments, failures, feedbacks, innovations and new learnings. We have reached where we are today because of our relentless passion, continuous effort, commitment and honesty.
It took years of research to come up with a fool-proof method to build saunas, that could emit Klinghardt’s perfect 9.6 microns far infrared wavelength, that facilitates the deepest detox at the cellular level. Existing Indian saunas were based on Chinese heaters emitting 1-2 microns near-infrared and generating harmful EMF radiation of order 1000 milligauss, especially in autism and other lifestyle diseases. Swedish standards allow up to 30 milligauss for an infrared sauna.
Our endeavour to overcome this problem took the longest and eventually we found a breakthrough. We imported ceramic clay mined in Australia to be used in our health equipment that emits 9.6 microns peak at 55 degrees Celsius. The process involved coating of a thick layer of ceramic clay on the insides of the sauna walls supported by stainless-steel wire mesh. When the ambient and wall temperatures reach around 55 degrees Celsius, the walls emit around 9.6 microns peak wavelength in substantial quantities due to large surface area of the walls.
Another problem that we noticed was that all Chinese saunas contained dangerous adhesives whose smell increased with the temperature; we developed a mesh mechanism instead to provide the required strength that eliminated the usage of dangerous adhesives resulting in an odour-free sauna!
Another problem that we had to tackle was the chemical vapour smell that various kind of woods emit at high temperatures. Existing saunas used inferior wood quality. The most suitable wood in this regard that we procured was Poplar wood that was better than Canadian hemlock even. We sourced Haryana Poplar wood for manufacturing our saunas which resolved this issue effectively. For To aesthetic appeal, the front of the saunas are made out of imported white pine. The Indian beeswax is carefully selected and applied onto the outside of the sauna, creating a natural toxin-free protective coating.
We have used various lower-power heaters at different locations (locations finalized via thermal simulations in ANSYS software) to get uniform body temperatures. The microcontrollers come attached with temperature display and set value auto cut mechanism. We have added an additional power controller with access power control knobs from the inside to set the heaters’ power as per one’s comfort. These control Pannel thus provided allows the user to set the various settings accordingly as per his/her requirements.
